Bulk transportation of powder materials can improve transportation efficiency, save transportation costs, reduce product costs, and at the same time realize mechanization of loading, transportation, unloading and storage.

Different from the fluidization structure of ordinary powder tanks, the patented fluidization structure is calculated and set from the aspects of fluidization area, fluidization angle, breathing resistance, airflow rate, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, good fluidization performance, and more suitable for fluidization of powder materials. Our 3-axle bulk cement tank trailer has a loading rate of more than 98%, a residual rate of less than 0.3%, and a faster unloading speed of up to 1.5 tons per minute, saving fuel.
